These Terms govern your access to and use of NexClinAI services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NexClinAI provides curated, de-identified medical imaging datasets for AI development, research, validation, and related healthcare applications.

“Services” include datasets, tools, platform access, and workflows. “Data” refers to de-identified clinical datasets.

You are granted limited access to use the platform for evaluation, research, and business interaction purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to breach system security
• Use scraping or automation tools
• Impersonate NexClinAI
• Reverse engineer any platform components

All datasets are de-identified prior to delivery and intended for research and AI development purposes only.

Restrictions:

• No re-identification of individuals
• No redistribution of datasets
• No direct clinical use without regulatory approval
• Compliance with applicable laws is required

Dataset access is governed by formal agreements including MSA, DLA, NDA, and other applicable documentation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, HIPAA, and DPDP Act where relevant.

NexClinAI retains all rights to its datasets, tools, and methodologies. Clients retain ownership of models or outputs developed using licensed data.

NexClinAI implements enterprise-grade security including encryption, access control, and monitoring systems.

Fees are defined in applicable agreements. Payments are due within agreed timelines and are generally non-refundable.

Services and datasets are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose.

NexClinAI does not guarantee regulatory approval outcomes.

NexClinAI’s liability is limited to fees paid within the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

NexClinAI may terminate access in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or breach of agreement.

Upon termination:

• All data must be deleted
• Usage must cease immediately

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for permitted purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Madurai.

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration under applicable Indian law.

NexClinAI may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
